Additional Installation Information

After your epoxy floor has been installed you will need a minimum of 24 hours before you can walk on it lightly and minimum of 72 hours before heavy objects and vehicles.

residential projects once completed payment will need to be made once the top coat is installed and you are happy we also accept all major credit cards

 we are not responsible for slabs with major outgassing or moisture related issues within the slab, Hot tire pick up will be covered. Coating materials (up to a maximum of 1500 square feet) are warranted to the original purchaser  against peeling/delamination from the concrete for as long as the original purchaser owns the home in which the floor coating materials were installed for a period of 3 years from the date of substantial completion of your garage floor by Epoxy Coatings Houston Llc. 1 year for commercial jobs. 

please use a mild dish soap or scrub broom, if necessary can use a low psi pressure washer but do not stay in one area of your epoxy floors.

the epoxy Coatings are chemical and stain resistant but any spills should be cleaned quickly as if they are left for long periods of time can cause staining or discoloration
