These floors can be installed in as little as 2 days and require 24 hours to dry before light foot traffic and 72 hours before heavy traffic or vehicles. Our installation process for flaked epoxy flooring includes:

- Diamond Grinding the floor using professional machinery with HEPA vacuums

- Assessing the floor and repairing cracks using a fast-setting cementitious patching compound

- Applying a 100% solids epoxy in grey or tan, dependent upon the flake blend chosen

- Applying a full broadcast of flake, including the sidewalls and 1-inch front lip

Once the epoxy and flake have cured, we scrape the flake to remove any excess and sharp edges, then vacuum up the excess and clean the area. Finally, we apply a polyaspartic top coat to provide a clear, UV stable, chemical, and scratch-resistant topcoat.
